Migrants spotted at 12th LFWM

This year Men Fashion Week was held in London from 4 to 7 January 2019.


Many creators presented some of their collections. A total of 53 designers displayed their creations for three days.


The ART SCHOOL brand opened the ball with a collection as usual, blurring the boundaries between male and female fashion to create a modern representation of non-binary clothing. Several other brands paraded that day like PRONOUNCE and LOEWE or Bobby Abley after taking anoff-season.


On the second day, 23 other designers dazzled the crowds with their own slightly offbeat and futuristic style for some.


On the 3rd and last day, Craig Green brand returned to the capital to introduce his AW 19 collection after presenting it at Pitti Uomo last season.Trendy A COLD WALL by Samuel Ross, displayed a collection inspired by the migrant crisis. After 8 other shows, an exclusive closing dinnerwas held by GQ, for all the celebrities of this LFWM 2019, the British editor-in-chief of GQ, Dylan Jones, David Beckham and others for an evening celebration of the 12E London Fashion Week Men.


But some brands could not be present like Gucci or Balenciaga, as they had decided to combine their men's and women's collections.

Les migrants débarquent à la 12è Fashion Week


Cette année la Men Fashion Week s’est installée à Londres du 4 au 7 janvier 2019.


De nombreux créateurs ont pu présenter leur collection. Au total 53 créateurs était présents pour ses 3 jours de mode.


La marque ART SCHOOL a ouvert le bal avec une collection comme à leur habitude, brouillant les frontières entre masculin et féminin pour desvêtements non binaires. Plusieurs autres marques ont défilé ce jour-là comme PRONOUNCE et LOEWE ou encore Bobby Abley après avoir pris une année sabbatique.


Le deuxième jour, 23 autres créateurs ont émerveillé le public, chacun dans leur style un peu décalé et futuriste pour certains.


Lors de la 3e et dernière journée, Craig Green a fait son retour dans la capitale pour présenter sa collection AW 19 après l’avoir présentée à Pitti Uomo la saison dernière. A COLD WALL de Samuel Ross a montré une collection s’inspirant de la crise migratoire en Europe.


Après huit autres défilés, un dîner de clôture exclusif était organisé par GQ, pour toutes les célébrités de cette LFWM 2019, le rédacteur en chef britannique de GQ, Dylan Jones, David Beckham et autres étaient réunis pour une soirée de clôture de la 12E London Fashion Week Men.


Mais certaines marques s’étaient abstenues comme Gucci ou Balenciaga qui avaient décidé de se réserver pour une double présentation de leurs collections homme et femme.
